Huge potential for bamboo in furniture industry

BAMBOO, a fast-growing renewable resource, has emerged as a promising alternative to traditional wood in furniture production.

In 2021, the Malaysian government launched the National Bamboo Industry Development Action Plan (2021-2030), which aims to promote the use of bamboo-based composites in the furniture industry.
