ACCORDING to the latest National Health and Morbidity Survey, teenagers and emerging adults in Malaysia are most at risk for mental health problems. This risk has increased since the Covid-19 pandemic began in 2020. Many global studies echo the need for addressing mental health issues of the youth.

We are writing to share our research insights into how relevant stakeholders in mental health promotion can contribute to improving mental wellbeing among teenagers and young adults.
