Architects against felling of street trees

THE Malaysian Institute of Architects (Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia, or PAM) is deeply concerned about the alarming increase in the unnecessary felling of street trees by local governments in the Greater Kuala Lumpur region. We firmly believe that preserving and enhancing urban greenery is crucial for the well-being of our communities.

PAM, through its programmes and representatives, promotes the adoption of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and New Urban Agenda.
