There’s a need to scale up our defence capability

JUST when we thought we would never again see five-digit Covid-19 daily infection numbers, they are back with a vengeance.

But as the government battles this unseen enemy that has caused untold damage to our public health and the economy, we shouldn’t let our guard down on other threats facing our nation.
