Roadblock at Subang exit a major hassle

THE police have set up a roadblock at the exit of the North-South Highway at Subang. This has resulted in massive traffic jams especially for road users heading towards Subang Jaya, Ara Damansara and the Subang airport.

Vehicles are jammed right after exiting the highway and it takes nearly 30 minutes to clear the roadblock. Is it really necessary to place a roadblock in this area? It seems to have been done just to inconvenience motorists because the police personnel do not even bother to look inside the vehicles.
