The National Library does not understand its customers

I am one of the frequent users of the National Library in Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur. I have been using this library for decades. I’m extremely disappointed that the National Library has chosen to remain closed for CMCO for several months now.

I thank the National Library for being generous in not issuing fines for books that are returned late due to its closure. However, I am afraid the National Libraries simply does not understand the very trait of its core customers – WE WANT TO READ BOOKS! Not just online ones!
