Managing rainwater runoff to avoid floods

FLASH floods have been receiving a lot of coverage in the media recently. Very high-intensity rainfall within a short period can cause flash flooding in cities and towns.

Road inundation is a serious problem as it’s a factor in traffic accidents, and it also damages road. To address this issue, we suggest the construction of porous asphalt pavements to manage rainwater runoff.
