I WOULD like to suggest to the Department of Statistics Malaysia to allow households to fill up the 2020 Census form instead of being interviewed in view of rising concerns over a resurgence of the Covid-19 virus.
The enumerators can drop the form off and make an appointment to collect the completed form once the household has completed the task.
