I COMMUTE daily via LRT from Subang SS18 to Pasar Seni and MRT from Pasar Seni to Pusat Bandar Damansara in the morning and return via same route in the evening. I would like to highlight to the LRT and MRT operators that some maintenance and repair works need to be done urgently at the LRT and MRT stations to ensure safety and convenience for commuters.
At the LRT SS18 station, one of the escalators from the concourse floor to the platforms has not been functioning since June 2018. The “under maintenance” sign is perpetually displayed there. When I asked the counter staff on the status of the repair, the reply was “awaiting spare parts”.
