FOR several months, I have been trying to get official recognition from the Education Ministry for a church-based uniformed group that offers great personal development programmes for children and young people.
It has been operating in Malaysia for over 35 years, and in my children’s outpost, its 30th anniversary was celebrated on Saturday last week.
