IT is surprising that Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2020 (KLCP 2020), which was launched and displayed from May 2008 until August 2016, was not gazetted and looked like it has been withdrawn.
The controversy surrounding the condominium project in Taman Rimba Kiara in Taman Tun Dr Ismail could have been avoided if the structure plan had been gazetted.
