No receipt for parcel sent overseas

I SENT a small parcel to New Zealand today (Tuesday) via Post Malaysia. The counter officer weighed the parcel and gave the postage charge. All I needed to do was to pay the amount and that was the transaction.

No receipt or postage stamp was given to confirm the transaction. The officer just took the parcel from me and put it aside. However, for an additional fee of RM4.50, a receipt would be issued. I did this transaction without a receipt.
