IT IS encouraging to know that Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz, as chairman of the Human Rights Caucus group, acted expeditiously in defence of Foo Sze Kuan, a student, against the defamation suit filed by a policeman.
It is also heartening to know that the Cabinet has advised the policeman to drop the suit.
