DATUK Seri Bung Moktar Radin, who passed away just over a week ago, was a man who added spice to the Dewan Rakyat.

He was apparently much-loved in his constituency, but nationally, he was known for his gaffes, many of them even insolent. He would shoot his mouth off without thinking.
