WHAT does it say about Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee when the Opposition leader did not exactly jump at the chance of becoming committee chairman? Or should we perhaps see it as an unflattering reflection of our legislative body and the lawmakers?
In assessing this situation, it is hard to be charitable because there seems to be a lack of urgency to get the PAC up and running.
