Litigation as an option

Once litigation starts, it may be difficult to know when it will come to an end.

The word “litigate” is explained in the Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary as “to take a claim or dispute to a court of law” and “litigation” is the process of making or defending a claim in a court of law. This, of course, refers to the common law courts.
