The Superman who cannot fly

In the picture: Rumblings about Dr Koh have been going on for some time but this is the first time his leadership has been so openly questioned in Penang where party members feel he is more concerned about being seen with the Prime Minister than about rebuilding the party. Koh (far left) is seen here with Najib in Kedah during SMK Keat Hwa’s 100th anniversary celebrations.

The upright and clean-cut Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon has always had this Clark Kent image about him but party members want their Superman to start flying and take the party on the road to recovery.

PENANG Gerakan member Yeap Ban Choon belongs to one of those wine-tasting groups. A few days ago, his friend joked about treating the group to some “18-year-old whisky”.
