JERUSALEM -- A gun-wielding Palestinian man opened fire on a busy street in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv on Thursday night, injuring three individuals in what was described by Israeli officials as a "terror attack."

Tel Aviv district police chief Amichai Eshed told reporters at the scene that the gunman opened fire at passersby before fleeing the scene, but was soon chased and killed by a policeman and policewoman. (Israel-Shooting Attack-Casualties)

RIYADH -- Saudi Arabian Tourism Ministry on Thursday allowed all residents in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states to apply for a tourist visa online to visit the kingdom, regardless of their profession.

ANKARA -- A Turkish minister said on Thursday that Ankara is making efforts to extend the Black Sea Grain Initiative set to expire on March 18.

Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said in a statement that the Turkish side has been continuing talks on the deal with the other three parties, among which "Ukraine expressed a positive opinion for a second extension of the initiative.
