ROME, June 14 (Xinhua) -- The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has affected access to food on a global level and could deal a blow to the crop harvest in 2023, which is a "major concern" of the Rome-based United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the agency's chief economist has said.
Maximo Torero told Xinhua in a recent online interview that this year, global access to food is hampered by the rocketing prices.
