Minsk talks aim for ceasefire in Ukraine within 48 hours - RIA

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France aim to achieve a ceasefire in the eastern Ukrainian Donbass region within 48 hours, Russian news agency RIA reported on Thursday.
