Verdict:

TRUE
A man got out of a lorry and punched a car several times in Taman Sentosa, Johor Baru, on Saturday (Oct 17), police have confirmed.
Johor Baru South deputy OCPD Supt Ng Swie Chait said police received a report on the incident from a foreign man at about 4.50pm, as reported by Sinar Harian.
"The incident is believed to have stemmed from the suspect's dissatisfaction with the car driver, who made a U-turn in front of a lorry, nearly hitting the vehicle he was in.
"Checks found that the incident happened when the suspect, believed to be a local, got out of the passenger side of the lorry before punching the car's glass on the driver's side several times.
"As a result of the incident, the complainant's car was damaged when its side mirror cracked," said Supt Ng in a statement.
Efforts to trace the suspect are under way, and the case is being investigated under Section 427 of the Penal Code, he said.
The car driver, however, is not off the hook either.
Supt Ng said the driver will also face action under Rule 13 of the Road Traffic Rules 1959 for making a U-turn at a spot where it is not allowed.
Members of the public have been advised not to speculate or make comments that could disrupt investigations.
Those with information on the incident can contact the Johor Baru South district police headquarters hotline at 07-218 2323.
