The message that has been circulating online concerning Yayasan Khazanah reducing the allowances of scholarship students is false, said the foundation in a post on its Facebook page.

The foundation said it offered a full scholarship that included a competitive living allowance as well as other support allowances commensurate with the current market and cost of living.

In the statement, the foundation also reminded the public to ensure the validity of the facts before sharing, to guarantee the credibility of the information presented.

It added to direct any questions and concerns directly to the foundation.
