Lim Kok Wing recuperating after suffering from fall


PETALING JAYA: Tan Sri Lim Kok Wing is currently recuperating after suffering from a fall at home, says Limkokwing University senior vice-president Datuk Gail Phung.

Phung clarified that Lim was hospitalised following a fall in his house.

"We are pleased to inform that his condition is stable, and kindly request that he be given complete privacy so that he can focus on his recovery.

"Once again, we are grateful and appreciate everyone's interest in his well-being," she said in a statement on Tuesday (May 25).

Earlier, there was talk on social media and WhatsApp that Lim, the university's president and founder, had passed away.
