JAKARTA, Indonesia: The police here are about to implement mandatory psychological tests to obtain, upgrade or renew driver's licenses.
The requirement was made to comply with Law No. 22/2009 on traffic and a national police chief regulation on driver's licenses, Jakarta traffic police driver's license section head Comr Fahri Siregar said on Tuesday.
