PETALING JAYA: Negri Sembilan Mentri Besar Datuk Ismail Lasim says he was never consulted, nor did he ever advise on terminating any state Executive Council (Exco) members under Article 38(5) of the Negri Sembilan State Constitution (UUTKNS).
He said in a statement on Monday (Sept 21) that as a result, there is no need to submit a new line-up of EXCO members, as the existing council remains valid and will continue carrying out its duties as normal.
