PORT DICKSON: Clear skies are forecast across most parts of Negri Sembilan on nomination day this Saturday (July 18), according to the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia).

Apart from Port Dickson and Seremban, which are forecast to experience showers, clear weather is expected across Jelebu, Jempol, Kuala Pilah, Rembau and Tampin.

In a special forecast released on Thursday (July 16), the department said thunderstorms will, however, be expected across the state on Saturday evening.

Temperatures are also expected to range between 23°C and 33°C throughout Saturday.

Nomination day is set for this Saturday, with early polling on July 28 and voting on Aug 1.
