MetMalaysia warns of thunderstorms, heavy rain in five states until 3pm


KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning of thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds in five states until 3pm on Thursday (June 4).

MetMalaysia, in a statement, announced that the weather warning affects Terengganu (Dungun and Kemaman), Pahang (Jerantut) and Selangor (Hulu Langat).

Similar conditions are also expected to hit Negri Sembilan (Jelebu, Kuala Pilah, Jempol and Tampin) and Johor (Segamat, Kluang, Mersing, Pontian, Kulai, Kota Tinggi and Johor Bahru). – Bernama
