Actress Zara Zya given shady offers in early days

ACTRESS Zara Zya has opened up about a disturbing experience early in her career, alleging a producer had asked her to remove her clothes under the guise of discussing an acting role, reported Harian Metro.

The revelation was made by the Love You Mr Arrogant actress during an interview in the Pesona segment.

“After that, he tried to contact me, but I blocked his number,” she added.

The actress also claimed to have encountered certain individuals who tried to take advantage of her by using auditions and job offers as excuses to get close to her.

“Back then, there were a lot of casting sessions. Sometimes I went alone, but when I brought my mother along, I would immediately be rejected,” she said.

“That was when I started to realise that perhaps their intention of offering work opportunities were not genuine,” she said.
