Sarawak selects seven local firms for six-month entrepreneur programme

KUCHING: Sarawak has rolled out the latest round of its entrepreneur accelerator programme to support local businesses through mentorship and networking.

Seven companies have been selected for SCALE Sarawak Cohort 3, a six-month programme run by Tabung Ekonomi Gagasan Anak Sarawak in collaboration with Endeavor Malaysia.

Tegas chairman Datuk Len Talif Salleh said the programme is designed to nurture resilient, scalable companies with the potential to innovate and contribute to Sarawak's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

"The 2026 rollout of SCALE Sarawak represents our continued commitment to Sarawak's economic transformation.

"It also aligns with our long-term vision for a thriving and innovative digital economy," he said in a statement.

The selected companies are Satok Bridge Digital Sdn Bhd, Maxeon Technologies Sdn Bhd, Future Laboratory Sdn Bhd, Stratetics Experts Sdn Bhd, DuuDuu (Saralia Exports Pty Ltd), Letz Play Group Sdn Bhd and Zuno Pte Ltd.

Endeavor Malaysia managing director Shan Li Tay said the launch of Cohort 3 was a milestone for the participants and Sarawak's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

"Each company selected represents the kind of bold, purposeful thinking that we at Endeavor believe can truly transform economies.

"Our role is to surround these founders with the right people, the right insights and the right network to help them scale beyond what they thought possible," she said.

The cohort began its curriculum with a two-day launch event at Tegas Digital Village here on Monday and Tuesday (May 4-5).

The participants will also attend workshops and group mentoring sessions with industry leaders.

The programme will conclude in October with a graduation day and final panel review.
