GEORGE TOWN: Police on a crime prevention patrol made a gruesome discovery when they found a body of a man at Gat Lebuh Macallum here.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Rozak Muhammad said the body, believed to be that of a foreigner in his 20s, was found in an open area behind an apartment building.
