Cops seek help finding missing teen last seen heading for Bentong Ramadan bazaar


KUANTAN: Police are seeking the public's assistance to locate a teenage girl who went missing in Taman Chegar Medang, Bentong, on Wednesday (March 4).

Bentong OCPD Supt Zaiham Mohd Kahar said a missing person report on Puteri Nor Aishah Ahmad Sulaiman, 14, (pic) was lodged by her mother on Friday (March 6).

He said the 38-year-old woman informed police that she last saw her daughter when the teenager was leaving for the Ramadan bazaar at about 6.45pm on March 4.

Zaiham said Puteri Nor Aishah, who is about 157 centimetres tall and weighs around 45kg, was last seen wearing a short-sleeved blouse and black jeans.

"Members of the public with information about the teenager are urged to come forward to the nearest police station or contact Bentong Police headquarters district control centre at 09-223 1999," he said in a statement Saturday (March 7). - Bernama
