Flash floods hit parts of Subang following heavy rain


PETALING JAYA: Flash floods have hit the Kampung Melayu area in Subang.

When contacted, Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis said the department was informed of flooding in the area at around 8.30pm.

"Water rose to around 0.5m high. The water is currently receding due to the rain easing up," he said.

He added that no victims have been moved.
