MetMalaysia: Alert-level continuous rain warning for parts of Sarawak, Sabah


KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a continuous rain warning at alert level for several areas in Sarawak and Sabah, effective from this Friday (Jan 30).

MetMalaysia, in a statement, said continuous rain is expected in several districts in Sarawak, namely Bintulu, Miri and Limbang, from Jan 30 to 31.

Similar weather conditions were also forecast for several districts in Sabah, including Tawau (Kunak and Lahad Datu), Sandakan (Telupid, Kinabatangan, Beluran, and Sandakan) and Kudat, from Jan 30 to Feb 1. – Bernama
