Floods in Kelantan, Kedah fully resolved; Conditions brighten in five other states

KUALA LUMPUR: Floods that struck Kelantan and Kedah since last week have fully receded, with all temporary relief centres closed this afternoon, while conditions in five other affected states continue to improve.

In KELANTAN, the first wave of floods has completely subsided, leading to the closure of the two remaining relief centres in Pasir Mas - Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Gual To' Deh and SK Kedai Tanjong - which had been sheltering 67 evacuees from 21 families. Both centres were officially closed at 3.30pm on Tuesday (Dec 2).
