Selangor civil servants to receive three months' salary bonus for 2025

SHAH ALAM: The Selangor government has announced a special financial incentive of three months' salary for civil servants in the state.

Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari (pic) said the incentive is a token of appreciation and aimed to motivate civil servants who have worked together to develop the state.

"The incentive of one-and-a-half months' salary was channelled in early 2025, while the second of another one-and-a-half months, or a minimum of RM1,000, will be channelled on Dec 18, 2025," he said during the Selangor Budget 2026 that was tabled at the Selangor state assembly here on Friday (Nov 14).

Amirudin said community leaders, relations officers of Kampung Baru, Bagan and Tersusun, Indian community chiefs, Wanita Berdaya supervisors and Penggerak Belia Selangor would receive one month's allowances.

"Mosque staff will receive RM500 from donations of the state government via Menteri Besar (Incorporated)," he added. – Bernama
