IPOH: Gunung Semanggol assemblyman Razman Zakaria will be allowed to attend the Perak state assembly sitting following the end of his six-month suspension.
Speaker Datuk Seri Mohammad Zahir Abdul Khalid said Razman's suspension ended around the end of October, and he will be allowed to return to the next meeting from Nov 25 to Dec 2.

"I hope the episode will be a lesson to all, including myself as the State Speaker, to maintain decorum in the august hall.
"The state assembly is where we debate on policies and other things accordingly," he told a press conference at the Perak Darul Ridzuan building here on Wednesday (Nov 12).
"We may have immunity in the hall, but (disciplinary) action can still be taken."
Razman was given the lengthy suspension in April after a motion was tabled accusing him of making slanderous and racially-charged remarks.
He had alleged that Malaysians had raised Chinese national flags at an event in Teluk Intan during the Dec 2 sitting last year.
Zahir also said that Razman is expected to assume his position as the state Opposition chief, as there had been no proposal for a change.

"There have been no recommendations to change the position of state Opposition chief," he said.
Zahir also said that Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad will table the state budget for 2026 during the Nov 25 meeting.
"All assemblymen will be allowed time to debate it from Nov 26," he added.
He also said three motions would be moved to appoint select committee members for three committees – Standing Orders, Rights and Privileges, and Members' Welfare.
"We welcome any parties that wish to appoint or change any members to the committees," he added.
