AN online exchange between two of Asia’s biggest music stars created a buzz among their fans, Oriental Daily reported.
Blackpink’s Rose posted an Instagram story that featured her playing the song Secret, a classic from Taiwanese singer Jay Chou’s 2007 film, also titled Secret.
This moment was a surprise for Chou, who reposted Rose’s original Instagram story to his own.
“Wow, I didn’t expect you to play this piece! That’s amazing, thank you!” he said in his Instagram story.
Rose had previously played this piano piece during a live stream in 2017, and she has mentioned in interviews how much she admires the piano music from the film.
Many social media users are now speculating about a potential collaboration between the duo.
