ALOR SETAR: PAS is a government in waiting and it is on the verge of taking over three states in the 16th general election – Selangor, Perak and Pahang – the party said at its 71st muktamar (national assembly) yesterday.

The party proposed that when the Perikatan Nasional coalition, which it leads, captures the federal government in GE16, its prime minister should be someone who is below 70-years-old and healthy.
