AN award-winning Indian teacher from Johor Baru has won yet another accolade with the title of most innovative teacher under his belt, Makkal Osai reported.
Theeban Raj Karthigesu won the award in an innovation competition for teachers organised by the district education office.
The SMK Taman Sutera teacher developed a teaching device called Science Talks: Digital Disruption Thesaurus, which helps students with the spelling and pronunciation of scientific terms.
This innovation beat 62 other entries in the event.
Theeban Raj also won the Teacher of the Year award at the Asian Education Awards 2024 held in Bangkok.
