JOHOR BARU: The Johor Regent visited a 10-year-old nasal cancer patient who had been viciously bullied at two different schools – and immediately decreed an “all-out anti-bullying” campaign in the state.
In a Facebook post after visiting the boy, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim ordered authorities to take firm action to put an end to bullying, especially in schools.
