Putra Heights inferno: Disaster caused by soil movement, not excavation work, Dewan Rakyat told

KUALA LUMPUR: Localised development work near the site of the Putra Heights pipeline fire did not cause of the disaster, the Dewan Rakyat has been told.

Deputy Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Mohamad said the pipeline were located at least 6m underground.
