Five-month closure of Bandar Saujana Putra-Putra Heights Smart Lane from Monday

KUALA LUMPUR: The Smart Lane from Bandar Saujana Putra to Putra Heights (Northbound) at KM15.9 to KM13.9 of the North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite) will be temporarily closed for approximately five months from Monday (July 6) until Dec 3.

PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) in a statement on Friday (July 3) said the temporary closure is to facilitate maintenance works as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the highway infrastructure and ensure the safety of highway users.

"Throughout the maintenance works, the existing three lanes at the affected stretch will remain open to maintain traffic flow and to minimise traffic disruptions for highway users,” the statement read.

PLUS also encouraged highway users to plan their journeys using the PLUS app for the latest traffic updates and obey all traffic signage and instructions issued by PLUS personnel when passing through the construction zone.

For traffic updates, users may also refer to the PUTRI Virtual Assistant, X@plustrafik, electronic message signboards (VMS) at selected locations or contact the PLUSLine at 1800-88-0000 in case of emergencies. - Bernama
