Organisers of deviant 'semi-naked dancing' event nabbed

SHAH ALAM: The founders of marital motivation group Ehati International Sdn Bhd (eHati) have been arrested.

Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim, when contacted, said Diana Tahir and Rahim Shukor were arrested by the police but did not specify when the arrest was made.

He added that follow-up actions are being conducted.

Previously, the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim) said in a statement that it had started investigations into the motivational talk event that had allegedly featured semi-naked dancers and conducted "holy cleansing baths".
