Technician arrested for allegedly raping underaged niece in Kluang

KLUANG: A 37-year-old technician has been arrested for allegedly raping his underaged niece in his house.

Kluang OCPD Asst Comm Bahrin Mohd Noh said the incident came to light after the victim, now aged 17, received a suggestive WhatsApp message from the suspect while she was in school on June 24.
