MyKasih system faces temporary technical glitch at a few outlets


KUALA LUMPUR: The MyKasih cashless assistance system is currently facing technical disruptions at several participating supermarkets and retail stores.

According to a brief statement from the MyKasih Foundation, maintenance work is ongoing to resolve the issue, and users will be notified once the system is fully operational again.

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused,” it said.

It added that updates will be provided as soon as the system is restored.

The MyKasih programme provides targeted aid to eligible individuals through a digital food aid system at selected retailers nationwide.
