Fuel prices June 12-18: Unchanged across the board

KUALA LUMPUR: The retail prices of RON95, RON97 petrol and diesel nationwide will remain unchanged from June 12-18.

The Finance Ministry, in a statement on Wednesday (June 11), said the retail prices of RON95 and RON 97 petrol will remain unchanged at RM2.05 and RM3.07 per litre respectively.

The price of diesel in the peninsula remains at RM2.74 per litre, while the price of diesel in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan will stay at RM2.15 per litre for the same period.

"The weekly retail pricing of petroleum products is determined using the Automatic Pricing Mechanism (APM) formula, taking into account current global crude oil market trends.

"The government will continue to monitor the trends of global oil prices and take appropriate measures to ensure the continued welfare and well-being of the people," it added.
