Melaka needs RM25mil to resolve street lighting problem


MELAKA: The Melaka government needs approximately RM25mil to address the issue of streetlights in the state.

State Public Works, Infrastructure, Public Facilities and Transport Committee chairman Datuk Hameed Mytheen Kunju Basheer said the allocation received this year was only RM3.5mil, involving RM3mil from the federal government and RM500,000 from the state government.
