MACC tactical squad gets special vehicles

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has received three new vehicles for its tactical squad, the Anti-Corruption Tactical Squad (ACTS).

The commission, in a statement posted on its Facebook yesterday, said the special purpose vehicles (SPVs) comprise two units of Weststar Maxus V80 and a Toyota Hiace.

“The SPVs have been modified with the latest system according to the needs of the ACTS in the implementation of current operational tasks,” it read.

The vehicles were received by its chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki at the commission’s headquarters in Putrajaya.
