Cook and jobless man charged with human trafficking

BATU PAHAT: A cook and an unemployed man have pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here to a charge of trafficking a man and a woman for labour exploitation in Myanmar.

Wong Jun Wei, 26, and Jasper Yap En Wai, 20, claimed trial after the charges were read out to them before Magistrate Arun Noval Dass on Thursday (April 3).
