Sultan Nazrin visits Ramadan bazaar at Indera Mulia Stadium


IPOH: The Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Shah visited the Ramadan Bazaar at the Indera Mulia Stadium here on Monday (March 17).

His Royal Highness arrived at 4.20pm and was accompanied by the Menteri Besar of Perak Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad.

Also present were Perak Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council (MAIPk) president Tan Sri Mohd Annuar Zaini and Ipoh Mayor Datuk Rumaizi Baharin.

Sultan Nazrin spent about 20 minutes interacting with the traders and visitors.

His Royal Highness also purchased some types of food, including nasi beriani, fried koay teow and apam balik.

The traders and visitors also took the opportunity to take pictures and record Sultan Nazrin's visit with their mobile phones.

The Indera Mulia Stadium Ramadan Bazaar is one of the biggest in Ipoh along with the one at the Sultan Azlan Shah Roundabout in Meru Raya. - Bernama
